Each set of press-on nails at NIOR NAILS is freshly handcrafted and customized just for you — according to your selected size, design, and preferences. Because all our products are made to order, we kindly request your patience while we prepare your nails with care and precision.

1. Order Processing Time

All NIOR NAILS products are custom-made, not pre-manufactured.
• It takes approximately 2–3 business days to create and prepare your nails after your order is confirmed.
• During festive seasons, special sales, or high order periods, this processing time may extend slightly.

Once your nails are crafted, they are carefully packed and handed over to our delivery partner for dispatch.

2. Shipping Time

After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–7 business days, depending on your delivery location within India.

2–3 days (processing) + 5–7 days (shipping) = approximately 7–10 business days in total.

Since our products are freshly made and customized, we recommend placing your order well in advance of your event or intended use date.

We ship all our orders through ShipRocket, which uses a network of trusted courier partners, including:
Shadowfax, Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, and India Post.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your package’s journey in real time.
