Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At NIOR NAILS, every set of press-on nails is handcrafted and customized especially for you โ including your preferred size, style, and design.
Because each order is uniquely made to your specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the production process has started.
Order Cancellation
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind.
Thatโs why we offer a 2-hour cancellation window after placing your order.
โข You may request cancellation within 2 hours of purchase for a full refund.
โข After 2 hours, your order enters the production phase, and cancellations or refunds are no longer possible.
To request a cancellation within the allowed time, please email us at niornailss@gmail.com or message us via our Contact page with your order number.
Damaged or Wrong Items
All orders are carefully checked before dispatch. However, in the rare case that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
Weโll be happy to review your case and provide a suitable solution (replacement or partial refund, depending on the situation).
Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and customization reasons, all press-on nails and nail accessories are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once shipped.
